How We Started

Complete Bathroom Solutions started trading in 2014 when I returned home from Australia and travelling for almost 6 years. I had actually just had my own bathroom done and found it to be a very stressful job, having to decide what to use, what sort of suite would fit and waiting on different types of tradesmen to call at different stages to carry out work.

This meant if one man couldn’t make it then the whole chain would be broke and it delayed work considerably. The whole process took over 3 weeks to complete.

After the whole experience above I thought of starting my own business to offer the customer a more pleasant and stress-free service regarding bathroom design. I had always had a keen interest in the design side of construction and always thought quality workmanship and the attention to detail had a bigger part to play in my career. That is how CBS was formed.

In 2018 I decided to relocate to Australia with my family and using the knowledge I had gained working in different parts of the world I have developed a unique style that I am proud to call my own.

I believe that developing a close working relationship with a customer is of the up-most importance in developing trust and creating a first-class finish together!
